The beachfront location was very nice for sunsets.
The Wi-Fi was nearly unusable. We had several issues with noise from nearby events disrupting our sleep. It was frustrating, especially during the nights when we needed rest after long days.

We were given a standard king room with the kitchen upon arrival. The setting was perfect, close to the most amazing beach in Santa Teressa, the restaurant and the Nature Reserve of Cabo Blanco, Cabuya and the Waterfalls of Montezuma. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

I was shocked by the pathetic wi-fi, almost impossible to work remotely from. Who steals showers' drainage? It was basically a mini pool. I mean, you woudl ve thought they'd at least offer a complimentary upgrade or something special considering my stay. Just couldn't muster a decent review, sorry. Try harder tropico latino.

We loved the stay, it was a very good experience. Location: the hotel was not far from a wooden platform under a straw roof facing the waves, and the most beautiful beach of Santa Teresa on the Nicoya peninsula. We stopped by La Glida for coffee and treats, it was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

After spending 4 nights in a beach front studio, I was in awe of the oceanfront views just steps away from my door. The layout of the accommodations gave a sense of privacy, so I felt like I had the place to myself. The natural beauty surrounding the area is amazing with the beach right there to enjoy. While I did encounter some plumbing issues due to heavy rainfall, everything else about the stay made up for it. I especially appreciated being able to walk right to the beach and enjoy the peaceful ambiance.

Fantastic environment at Tropico Latino. The casual walk to reception through vibrant flowers was a treat. Spacious room with a great beach view made mornings special. The daily yoga sessions were invigorating, right by the ocean. The waves were awesome, perfect for surfing, but the beach was a bit crowded. I had issues with noise from a nearby restaurant, especially during dinner time, but it did quiet down by midnight. Staff greeted me by name. They were helpful with recommendations, especially for local dining. While the location was superb, a little more insulation in the rooms would really improve the comfort level. The dining options didn't quite match the lovely setting, as some meals could use more variety. I'd definitely come back for the beach and wellness vibe, though.
